Sometimes when I exercise it gets me excited (like what doesn't) to pmo. I'm not sure what to do about it. Sometimes I feel like I shouldn't move or do anything cause it will trigger me to pmo. Anybody else have similar experience with that? Solutions?
Yes I deal with this every time after a workout. Drives me insane. I'm going to try cold showers after my workouts. Other than that I've just been trying to stay busy. Call a friend, go for a drive, or take my dog out for a walk.
Anyone have problems from this from doing squats? Ive read upper leg workouts will cause this, which from experience feel its true. Supposedly it increases testosterone.
me too, maybe because i tried to resupply my energy after workout with more protein things so when my willpower was weakened (because of tired) but libido increased, so thats happened
It's the testosterone from exercising. Testosterone is like a natural performance enhancer, it's also what makes guys urges greater. It's a good thing, just annoying to come back down from the rush.
I've also read that exercising gives endorphins and dopamine (main addiction hormone) so maybe this also counts as the dopamine reminds you that you have/had an addiction to 'something else'? but i can relate to what you're saying, it is quite a common response i think.
Yes this will happen sometimes but like the person above said, just keep yourself busy . it's the key to success with nofap and cold showers after a workout will really help too ! In my opinion, you shouldn't give up working out because of it (not saying you are) ... just reminding you that you can beat this thing ! good luck .
