Excessive sexual thoughts

    I did the 90 days nofap challenge, and fortunately I recovered from ED(sort of), for that I am truly thankful. But with the boner back, it got more and more difficult to suppress the urge to masturbate. Sadly I lost the battle, I started to fap several times a day (without porn). Then it escalated to fap with sexual content on youtube, which is basically soft porn. I hate the truth that I am so weak, but simply can’t stop fapping, some times over an hour till my dick hurts. Finally, this week, ED came back. I am now completely devastated. It get worse, I start to have crazy amount of sex thoughts all the time. Thoughts like “when my dysfunction would be cured”, “can I have sex ever”? Every woman I see I fantasize about them. Every guy I see I wonder about their sexual performance.... As long as I am awake these thoughts haunt me. I reset my nofap calendar few days ago, and with my current situation I am doomed to fail. How to overcome excessive sex thoughts, did you guy experience this condition? Please help.

    What made you decide to go from NoFap straight to excessive fap? It's like going from a strict diet to eating four cakes daily. One slice of cake would be enough; one fap a week should suffice.

    So, maybe you could sit and remember what made you make that decision. When you start your new 90 day reboot, prepare for when the reboot ends:
    How will you deal with the horniness?
    Will you decide to stay firm?
    Will you decide to fap no more than once a week?
    How will you make sure that you never fap more than once in a week?
    How will you stop yourself from looking at porn?
    How will you stop yourself from fantasising?

    Think about these things, and more, before you even end your reboot.
