you know what, the main reason why i keep relapsing its because i forget im on a new mindset, i forget that the second i get an urge, my dopamine system will try to brainwash me to relapse, i dont blame the guy he has been addicted for years since it was little, but im healing it no matter what, so yeah i ned to find the way to remember why im fighting every day every minute every second
