I did this once. it took forever to stretch laying against a wall on my back. my cock is average so great stretching was needed. i was barely hard when i finally reached. and when i did suck it it got a little harder but not much as the pain in my neck was killing me. did not finish this way. tried once more but gave up because remembered how much of a pain it was.
