So, I have had a chat with my psychologist it looks like my depression is linked to the fact that when I was on the phones during my time with the Govt Dept I got a massive boost of dopamine towards my brain and not only that I watched excessive amount of porn too and star trek to escape from reality and Dragon Ball Z because the Department works on a 90's style thing where people on the phone are escapists. Now, I suffer with erectile dysfunction, low confidence, sleep apnea, social anxiety and low self esteem and even scared of making mistakes of approaching a beautiful hot girl because I feel I will be labelled a creep or pervert. My parents never taught me about the Hierarchy of needs where sex is a psychological need for all guys but whether or not finding someone who will be able to put up with my flaws is another thing. I have scars around my groin area because of the excessive amount of masturbation I did and was not even aware that I was even doing it and living on social media entirely for the last 10 years and when you are on the phones you become an internet addict because everything is timed down to the seconds when you are on the phones. I highly doubt I will ever attract a very beautiful smoking hot girl. As a result, I am unable to think before I speak at all. I don't have a job nor do I have any kind of education or motivation to change or do anything. My boss took all of my perfect stats with him and very little help was given to me by the people in that Department. No wonder I am not able to find a beautiful girl. I wish I never joined the Government Department at all. What should I do guys? I did relapse but I have stopped watching porn entirely and I am shutting down my instagram too. Sorry about being too open and honest about my problems.
