Hello guys, I discovered NoFap through Youtube videos a few months ago and then arrived here. I've completed a 1-month challenge at my first try but then could not do better, relapsing every 2-3 weeks. It is still a lot better that what I use to do (2 masturbation sessions a day and around 30 minutes of porn per day) but I want now to upgrade to the next level. Also, I just relapsed 20 minutes ago, I was day 15. That's why I created my account and introduced me here. I am French, 25, mathematician. As I started nofap, I also went on cold showers, exercising, fasting (full days or intermintent), no procrastination, goal-focus, morning routine, and these factors contributed to my new healthy life as well as nofap. I am now trying to improve DISCIPLINE among all that! I wish discipline to all of you.
