Ejaculation from M vs having sex?

This question is driven toward the difference felt after ejaculating from masturbation vs after having sex with a partner. I've obviously done both, but that was during a time where I was doing both simultaneously, and I wasn't so observant of my emotions and mind state after doing one vs the other?

Now that I'm on NoFap and I'm aware of the effects I feel after masturbating (tired, low energy, brain fog, etc.), for anyone that is on NoFap and is still O'ing with a partner, or for anyone that has completely rebooted and has integrated sex back into their life, do you notice the significant difference between ejaculating from both?

I ask this primarily because if per chance after I achieve my 90 day streak and my brain isn't fully rewired yet, and I start having sex again, if that will at all affect the process.
