Effect on constant screen stimulation on Nuclear Accumbuns (part of brain)

I have heard this many times but it always sinks deeper each and every time I hear about it. I truly think my PMO addiction crosses directly over with my phone addiction. If I’m not PMOing, I’m constantly scrolling on my phone and watching YouTube or playing a game. I feel like my brain is fried from it. So thank you for this. I shall now put down my phone.

 

Automatic on better days i throw my phone away because it doesnt give me the same pleasure as cycling in nature
