I feel like relapsing is better than holding your urges for long periods of time. It looks like I am making an excuse to relapse but, what are your thoughts bros. Btw, I already relapsed hahaha.
I mean if you can't hold it anymore, is it better to just let it all go rather than fooling yourself that you are not gonna relapse.
