    We just started dating a while ago but we haven't have sex yet, and I won't be having sex with her till I complete my 90days hard mode which begin today, but we do kiss and hug a lot. That make me feel love and happy and to what I have learnt that the solution to addiction isn't soberity it Is connection and love. Can I continue kissing and hugging her? It can get me hard but I will not watch porn, nor masturbate. I just need more light and advice on this because I want a clear mind.

    That's not artificial. That's genuine affection. The only downside here is it could potentially increase symptoms such as blue balls. But in and of itself bot resettable.
