Dumbphone and remove home internet

    How do you think about getting rid of home internet and using a dumbphone at home to prevent relapses? I want to do so many good things to improve my life, such as Vipassana meditation, learning, reading, vegan cooking..., but these relapses made me very difficult to maintain them :(

    You can try things that are less extreme, like PMO blockers (I use Family Link and Qustodio).
