Drilling Over Women

I now just see how it does me no good to think about her over and over and then texting her how much I love her and miss her and how pretty she is and etc. Or even just always texting too much where I'm the only one texting and she isn't answering. I can see where some texting is good but when you go over the limit thats where I have been before and it doesnt help although I would like it to.Anybody ever been here before? How is it coming along?
How should I stop? It isn't an every day thing maybe ever week I'll get going.
