Dreams of relapse

    Hi, I'm an 18 year old male, currently on my 10th day of no PMO. The benefits are noticable, since then, I've had 3 dreams (or rather, nightmares) where I have relapsed.
    I then wake up to notice that I was just dreaming. But I don't want these dreams.

    Any ideas on why I'm getting these dreams?

    Ey ey ey those dreams mean your going to relapse. Everytimr i get relapse dreams the day or next day i relapse
