Downward spiral

Hello,

I’ve been dealing with PMO for almost a decade now. I was really trying to quit in college however it felt impossible.

Post college I found a girlfriend and it’s been fantastic. We’ve been dating for 2 and a half years. I really love the girl.

I kept up with PMO’ing because it wasn’t affecting our relationship (at least not in my twisted perspective) however my addiction has escalated. I’m suddenly enthralled with findom and have spent 1,000 of dollars on women. I don’t know what to do, so after 4+ years away from this forum I’m back….

I need to kick this habit once and for all.
