Double Trouble

    Hi,.
    I am newbie in NoFap and let me introduce my self along with my double trouble
    I am male 29 y.o, worked as a medical doctor
    I have double problem in PMO
    The first is that I am a Fap-addiction since I was still13 years old
    And tge second is my sexual orientation is Homosexual (gay)
    Hope by joining this community may help me to get free of these terrifying double trouble
