    If you are feeling like you need to fap DONT! YOU DONT NEED TO FAP! It is a lie your brain is telling you because you are addicted. Be the master of your own body, dont let it boss you around! It is more then just abstaining from PMO its about become the master of your own body and becoming a better person.
    You are all amazing! keep up the good fight!
