I am on day 15 and believe that I am also in a flatline wave. I've been pretty depressed about my social ability which seems non existent. I hope things turn around soon and I become more able to have good social connections with people.

Dude as lame as it sounds I wish I was where you are at. My record is 14 days and yes depression/flatline is what killed it for.me. I'm on my way back now but I recommend that you just do it. Stay the course or else you won't know what's on the other side. You owe it to yourself to know just the same as I do so don't be like me and have to start over. If your already suffering you might as well get something from it even if it's just the knowledge that this works for you or it doesn't. Personally I'm doing the 90 day challenge and if I don't get results I'll go another 90 if nothings better then I don't know wtf.

I hate this fear that I won't get better. I'm and introvert who struggles finding the right words to say. I hope that NoFap will help bring my inne extrovert out

I know that feeling @Beattillnumb and hope you get better soon. I am also passing through a deep depression where nothing seems fine. I guess it is time to do as the villains of the famous game Plants vs Zombies (I am speaking about the zombies btw) do all the time. Keep walking forward. No matter how tough it looks or how it takes, keep going, you will get the best brain ever: yours.

@avatarivn thanks man that comment really hit me in a good way. I will take it one day at a time and will not turn back.

  8. Tbh depression/anxiety sticks around for a while even after 50days+ into the reboot depending on how addicted you've been, but from my experience the first couple of weeks are definitely the worst, the only way is up from there.
So as hopeless as it seems it's not because you're guaranteed to feel like your old self if you manage to abstain for a long period of time (at least 90 days; at least, probably more). The key really is abstinence, to avoid ALL things that somehow affect dopamine circuitry. Take care of yourself. Also I've taken medication for a long time but don't expect it to heal you it's just a band aid.
