Does this count as relapse?

Since my specific goals is no PMO... Beyond that I won't count as relapse. However i still love those women on social media nothing sexual and nudity, it's just they have big boob and nice ass (not nudity) etc... some wearing bra and thong, does looking at them boob and ass considered as relapse? I admitted I'm excited and i have boner on social media and real life if i happened to see one even if purposely seek those stuffs but never urge me to masturbate or watching porn at all.

 

So statistically, those aren't relapse? Unless it was porn? But somehow i had a boner... And felt horny, it just never urge me to pmo

 

Guess technically everything is a relapse to me... I'm so tired of triggered and doubt myself whether it is a relapse, I just wanna give up and go back the addiction, I'm done with the doubts...
