    I was good for three days, no porn no masturbation. I was just laying in bed watching some youtube, and I started thinking about sex. I did not touch it and tried to stop but the thoughts kept getting worse. The erection was really bad but then I felt like I clenched some sort of muscle down there? Is this relapse or not?

    even if semen came out and you had a full blown orgasm it is not a relaps, unless you willingly were fantasizing
