Does this count as a reset?

    Hello all,

The following thing happened to me yesterday. I'd like your opinion on whether I should count this as a reset (the following account contains some triggers, so just beware):

I was solving a crossword and one of the answers was a word which I'd also heard in a pornographic context. I wasn't actually sure what it meant in pornography, so I decided to have a quick look on Urban Dictionary. Since that didn't have any results, I just typed it straight into Google. The web results of course contained only references to the innocent meaning, so without really thinking, I appended 'porn' to my search. Immediately, lots of images appeared of scantily clad women sitting seductively on beds. My immediate reaction to this was to hold my hand in front of my face so that I couldn't see these pictures any more. I didn't look at the pictures for any longer than 3 or 4 seconds (such a short time, in fact, that I'm not actually sure whether or not there was any nudity involved. There was certainly lots of exposed skin and seductive-looking pictures. Maybe some of the women were topless? I don't really know), and with my hand still held in front of me, I hit Ctrl-W with my other hand. I was at full mast down below during this little encounter. After this I shut off my computer and went for a walk, but even now, I still can't get some of those pictures out of my head.
TL;DR: Stupidly searched for something pornographic, but only looked at the images for a few seconds and not even sure if nudity involved.

What do you guys think? Also do you have any tips on trying to forget what I saw?

I don't think you have to reset. It sounds accidental. I can't imagine what the word was in a cross word! I'm sure that seeing the images did bring up some lust. I know for me that one "hit" of lust can trigger the phenomenon of craving and that's what I'd be scared of. I do a lot of time on nofap forums which usually helps overcome any un-intentional lust hits of the day.

OK thank you, that's reassuring. I've been binging on motivational stuff here and on reddit for the past two hours, so I think the lust hit is starting to subside.

I sort of want to search for it again and check properly if there was actually nudity but I think that's just my brain trying to rationalize PMO and that doing so would count as a reset.
