I'm female and I'm in my 23th day of rebooting from PMO-PSUB, with sex allowed. I just wanted to know if weed does any bad interference in the brain with the process. What do you guys think? Please, only answer if you're really sure.
It depends on your usage. It's still artificial dopamine and can become problematic. If you smoke a joint once in a blue moon though I don't see any problems with that.
For me it would be problematic. I stopped smoking weed before rebooting, because i couldn't handle it any more and made me paranoid. During my reboot i thought about smoking some weed from time to time but didn't do it because: -can make you really horny, and i didn't want to risk a relapse -smoking weed and PMO work together (i think you know what i mean), extreme dopamin release, brain fog of hell after the effects fade. -hard to stop after 1 session But everybodys different, you have to find out on your own.
i think once in a while, when you feel safe and secure with yourself, it is alright. I can relate to vibemaker, i started very young to smoke and it made me paranoid on the verge of psychosis. For me, smoking weed is a total no-go, no mater if i PMO or reboot or what. But i know people who smoke regularly and are totally ok with it. It really is a very subjective matter, there is no 100% answer to your question. It depends.. Congrats to your sucess in rebooting. Keep on going!
