    Hi, i have been in hard NoFap for almost 4 months, fallen 1 month ago in porn again
    ( i tought it would have no consequences but it throwed me back like if i relapsed, gave headache and less self confidence for a week or so ), watched a couple of videos but didnt touch my self at all.
    Now i was wondering if doing sex and having a semen release will make me lose some of those semen rention benefits or not.

    I can only speak for myself. My goal is to move away from p0rn. I want to replace p0rn with real life sex. So, I'm thrilled when I'm able to get a b0n3 and ejac^late when having real life sex. Others might find superpowers in semen retention - I just find a horrible case of blu3 b@LLs.
