I got to day 11 then relapsed dagnam it!

Anyways noticed tons of benefits in the time I stopped does this mean they go forever I plan to now do 90 days. I know exactly where my triggers are.

    Thanks in advance

For me 6 days of no pmo I gained some benefits but when I relapsed on the 7th day I lost them, but It was good while it lasted. Im doing it again so I can regain the benefits

No I don't think so. I myself have a much easier time reaching the same amount of days after a good streak, but the improvements often vanish. This is because of the depression I feel after a relapse and it will quickly disappear again if I do not PMO in the days after the relapse. But if I PMO multiple days in a short time span I feel like all the benefits are gone for good.

It doesn't undo all of the benefits, but it is a real setback in terms of reinforcing the neural pathways you're trying to eliminate. The most important thing is that you don't allow a relapse to become a binge or a reason to stop the good work you're doing in here altogether. Get back on the horse. Learn from this relapse and let it make you stronger for the next time temptation comes your way.

Relapsing can undo all the benefits gained from a reset, but often it does not.

I try to think of it as a journey. Doing a reset is like walking in a direction toward a life of truth and reality; real relationships with real people. Simultaneously, during a reset, you are walking away from enslavement to illusory tricks and snares set to prey on your natural desires and enslave your brain. When you relapse, you turn around. You walk back toward that mirage that will never satisfy. You start fooling yourself again. And you start losing the benefits you fought hard to gain during your reset.

So depending on how long it takes you to come to your senses again and turn your back on the illusions and traps, you may still be in a better spot than you once were. In that case, you haven't lost all the benefits of your reset. I find that this is often the case with me. So don't let a slip up get you down or cause you to give up. Don't let it grow into a binge. And take hope--there is a point on this journey where your vision becomes more clear, you can see the lies for what they are, and it will become easier and easier to avoid those relapses going forward. It just takes time. It is a long journey, but it is worth it.

Thanks for tip guys. I'm jumping straight back on and starting at day one from tomorrow. I know exactly what happened and didn't back awy when my triggers came although they were instigated by me I let myself run with it when I could have stopped but that's it. Iv had so many good benefits from stopping but edging I did and that's what made it impossible. Thanks for your advice
