I would say no. It's not a magic pill. Genetics, diet, exercise etc have a large effect on your appearance.
No, but it motivates you to live a healthy lifestyle that might have effect on your appearance and make you look better For instance, when i moved from junk food to whole foods my skin cleared out and i would find myself being a lot more sharper in terms of focus and mood
Difficult to say for certain, perhaps even not possible, however, I think yes, when on nofap I sleep better and in the morning look more refreshed and awake, I then feel greater positivity, confidence, think quicker etc all of which I think (might) make me look younger..
