Does nofap helps to increase penis size?

I think it did for me. Once I stopped wacking off, noticed I gained some size. When you wack off all the time, eventually you start to get that dead dick syndrome.

 

I don't wether penis size would be increased. But abstaining from fap will result in more harder and stronger erection. Just abstaining for 20 days have made my erection stone hard.
Some times during morning erection it hard enough to cause pain.

Not only length but it also increases thickness of your penis,
Yoir penis skin will be also soft like baby skin or velvet, your flaccid penis looks thicker and bigger,
I have yet to notice big strong stone erections, maybe i need more time but yes your penis becomes bigger and thicker.

No, it does not increase your penis size. Dieting and gaining muscle though can get rid of the fat that surrounds the penis whic can make it look bigger. NoFap certainly does good for the penis but increase its size? Nah.

 

The size increases but it's very small. Instead, NoFap gives harder and better erections. It helps to increase girth too.

C'mon guys, let's try to not be the joke of the internet. Nofap do NOT increase penis size.

 

Of course 100%,your penis doesn't get bigger but when it is flacit it hungs much lower and it is more relaxed and when having an erection the erection gets bigger and much stronger.

You dont grow more but you show your whole package,so if you are talking if it looks visually bigger the answer is YES
