Does Ming a bit to a picture of a girl (sent by gf) count as a relapse?

Two days in a row i was really horny and I was chatting to this girl online and all the talk was getting me hard the whole time and I was precumming A LOT and she sent me a video of her (nothing dirty) and I start fapping for a minute or two to it (no where near Oing and definitely not edging) and then the next day I was horny all day and still precumming then in the evening I felt less pleasure but still could then day after I felt like bit of a flatline (had morning depression and felt shit all day and penis sensitivity went down). So does engaging in this sort of activity harm my progress into rebooting? I don't need re-wiring btw, I can get aroused plenty by a real girl and I'm already wired for real people because I had a gf for a long time 6 years ago so I think it's all desensitisation for me.

Good question. I want to ask one to everyone along the same lines, maybe it will answer it. Completely hypothetical.

Let's say I have a girlfriend who I don't see for whatever reason, but she sends me pictures and I MO to them. Let's say I do that for a year or whatever, looking at the pictures, imagining having sex with her.

Then you meet up with her. Would you have PIED? Would this have wired your brain to get aroused by having her digitally, but not actually in the flesh? Has this happened to anyone?

The problem with us isn't just wiring, we need to re-sensitise so I think any Ming (especially Oing) will hurt our reboot process.
