    Well i am 35 was a chronic mastrbator from age of 14-35 well i m trying now NoFap but i am having erctile dysfunctyion which is not getting cure after 3 months of NoFap and i relapsed once. well i m doing exercise,taking some ayurvedic medicines also...some times i am getting erection after stimulation. bt no natural full erection..and no morning hood..
