Does m reduces dhl levels?

Just curious bcoz i have lost heaps of my hair since starting my nofap journey.
Now that i am trying creatine and knowing it increases dht levels, i was searching for ways of reducing dht and tried finasteride. I felt numb and lost my erections completely from the first week.
The question is: there must be a relationship between ejaculation and dht levels.
It is somehow all linked : dht, hair loss, prostate etc...
Plz add to my knowledge. I am confused.

I don't want to lose my hair.
I don't want to stop creatine.
I don't want to m.
I can't use finasteride

Is there any solution?
