Does having sex during reboot help ? PIED

    i've read that having sex after 30 days of PMO would be helpful to cure PIED. it said you should abstain from having sex on the first month, after that you should continue PMO free but start having sex. What do you guys think ?

    Yes definitely. Rewiring to a real women is so crucial to get rid of PIED. Helped me and many others. It's one of healthiest things you can do. And it's one of the fastest ways to recover and heal your brain. You might fail at the beginning but don't stress out or give up. PIED usually comes with performance anxiety so the best way to deal with anxieties is just to be brave and throw yourself into the scary situation.
