Does flatline take away "superpowers" or benifits?

So I'm on day 19 or 20 and I've recently had a really bad flu this past week which was coupled with withdrawal and the flatline, I've had 3 things going against me this past week (starting from day 11/12).

I've had short bursts of confidence and motivation in the beginning but now I'm in a sort of "neutral" state, maybe still slightly depressed. And I have my libido coming back a bit, so the flatline is ending I think.

Now on to the superpowers and benefits:

So far I've only experienced mild benefits like less anxiety less acne a bit more confidence and less depression but I have yet to experience motivation or female atteaction, and I've been getting ignored by girls and kinda treated like shit these past few days, I don't know why. Shouldn't nofap make you feel like "alpha" already or does flatline do this?

I'm a seemingly attractive guy who has been approached by ALOT of girls in the past but these few days/weeks it's as if I'm invinsible.

I told my friend about nofap and then he got a nice streak going of about 10/11 days and I swear to GOD he has pulled chicks like there's no tommorow, in these 2 days alone he has gotten like 3 encounters which he usually doesn't and has become more respected by people and then theres me who is a 7/8 out of 10 in looks (not trying to show off, i do have a lot of acne too) that is getting pushed to the side with 0 attention from males/females. Has anyone experienced thier superpowers go away????
