Does days off PMO not count for anything?

    Like say on average you PMOed once a week, and you did this every week. That's 48 times in a year. But that's still 317 days in the year you have not PMOed.

    Does that not count for anything?

    the best thing to do is just stay away from PMO all together. if its not real dont do it. i started asking myself that yesterday. lead to me masturbating without porn this afternoon. and now i just relapsed about 20 minutes ago with porn. its tricky stuff man.
