It can literally be just seeing a hot girl irl and getting a bit aroused by her, then I notice when I go to take a pee after, there is some semen discharge in my boxers. This also happens during sex and pmo, semen will leak during arousal and it will cause my erection to go soft :/ And lastly, this may be related, not sure, but after I pee it feels like urine drops get stuck in my urethra and I have to push up underneath my scrotum to shoot the rest out. It isn't premature ejaculation though, I am not ejaculating and have none of the sensation of ejaculation. I had an ultra sound done and they said everything looks fine, which is kind of frustrating because I know it is not in my head. I'm trying to get in to see a urologist, was just hoping I'd find someone on here with a similar issue and solution...

Oh. This is not what I have. i am not irrationally fearing a loss of semen, rather, it is leaking out by the slightest arousal and weakening my erections. Urine also leaks after I use the toilet. hopefully 90 day abstinence will allow whatever muscles/nerves that need time to heal
It could just be precum, when you get aroused it's pretty normal that your body releases little bit of semen as a lubricant before sex or let's say pmo (it happens even when you see some attractive girl outside). Now the amount of precum is not the same for everyone (meaning some guys will release less and some more) but if you feel like it's too much then see a doctor or get information somewhere else. Tho I'm not sure about the erection going soft.

Yeah, I think the problem is the more semen that leaks out, the weaker the erection becomes. I don't have much faith that urologists will help considering the medical "experts" still say masturbation is healthy. I appreciate you trying to come up with ideas though.
