    HI guys, just wanted to ask because I've read that abstaining from PMO makes eyes brighter, skin cleaner, even gaining in muscles etc...
    I just wanted to know if this is real improvements or just the good in us we didn't because of PMO ?

    Sorry for disappointing, i almost conquer the 90 but it has been the same physically, maybe i should be more observant.
    But mentally is another thing...

    This could be the placebo effect, but I definitely noticed my skin and eyes looking more youthful.
