    Currently 13 days into hard mode. The longest ive been without for like 10 years!
    It's really difficult but I've been doing lots of internet research about the effects of addiction and it really helps. I'm an intellectual guy and like to try and understand what's happening with me.

    they look really interesting and I know the Tavistock and Portman clinic does good work around tackling porn addiction in the uk.
