    I used to love to sleep naked, but I find sometimes wearing boxers, shorts, AND some sweatpants over that helps to avoid M. Not to mention if you get a wet dream, it helps from getting your sheets messy.

    I use boxers and shorts on top just in case I can not control a wet dream. Helps to keep the sheets clean.
