I enjoy training and I've got my weight up from 150/160 lean to 210 wet . Need to lose about 20 to 30 lbs. I like the process of training and actually making progress but a lot of the time it just feels inherently douchey. I know I need to drop a lot of weight .... myt be that. But there needs to be more than just weight training
Weight training does not equate to fighting skills, like at all. Sure its helpful to be strong in a fight, but if you don't know how to fight you can still get clapped by someone that does. Anyways OP, I don't think it's inherently douchey it's just the culture in some public gyms (which is all that ends up on the internet). Most people just try to mind their own buisness.
