I was on day 13 and I just had a wet dream. I was wondering is this is a set? Back after all it is an orgasm. I know it's not somethingI could have controlled but biologically it seems like it would be no different from any other form of self imposed orgasm.

Wet dreams may be a little bit of a setback in terms of your brain getting used to lower dopamine levels, no one knows for sure. I personally theorize they may actually be part of the brain's journey towards getting used to lower dopamine levels, and in that case, they are progress. But most people just think they happen because your spunk is backed up. You may have them occasionally throughout your reboot.

They are clearly not something to reset your count over!

BEWARE: some people find that they get the "Chase Effect" after a wet dream, just as they might after masturbating, so be mindful that you might have stronger urges today. Stay strong!

Wet dreams do not count as a reset, as long as they're not intentional. If it happens, then it's just your brain. I've had a few so far, however no cum whatsoever, yet they felt so real, much like lucid dreaming. Keep going further, bud!

The reason why internet porn is harmful is because we are doing something that the brain wasn't designed to do, that is release dopamine for hours at a time every day, a few times a day. Dopamine overload. this creating desensitization and other symptoms

A wet dream however is a natural event, lasts a minute or less. your never going to stop your brain having dopamine rushes, you can get a dopamine rush eating a cupcake or doing some exercise.
What the reboot is about is to stop the overload of the stuff, thats what you get when your on the porn. so that eventually a little dopamine is enough to do its job.

I confirm previous answers : wet dreams don't count for a reset or relapse, they're rather a sign of progress !
Just search for "wet dream" on the FAQ of YourBrainOnPorn.
