Has anybody successfully alleviated withdrawal symptoms or made their reboot easier with omega 3 fish oil tablets?
I have never taken any multivitamins to cope with my withdrawal symptoms. But, as the days goes by and you're on the streak, the symptoms fades away. Remember, it take time for your body to adjust it hormones and brings you back into the game. Stay strong, Peace.
I eat large spoon of fish oil (omega-3) every day. Plus Zn, Mg, Ca (milk), K (bananas) minerals and Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, D3. I take omega-3 to elevate depression, but I have a feeling that it did help with withdrawal symptoms as well.
