Do NoFap will cure my PIED?

    I started NoFap discipline like a month ago with a few relapses.

    This night i was with my girl on the bed, we had not sex but we do some foreplay. I dont get a full or strong erection.

    Will NoFap cure this?, im doing NoFap just intended to cure this problem.

    Also let me take this space for ask one more thing:

    What do you think about balls pain after being with a girl in the bed kissing but not having sex?

    So, i should visit a Sexologist to take care of my PIED problem and quit NoFap?
    I feel like other people can masturbate and have normal sex. And the PIED problem has not business on the porn watching.

    Some people get affected more than others. But this could be due to many things. How young were them when they started getting bombarded with lots of porn; how often they do it during the week; for how many years have they been doing it; Etc. Can you provide these details?

    Im 29, i started doing PMO at the age of 13, do it lime 1 or 2 times per day.

    If you had relapses then you do not have discipline, no offense lol

    Seriously, I had/have PIED and I have been 17 days with PM, I O with my wife. And not watching porn and masturbating/edging has made me feel more in control of my life and sex drive more than I ever did.

    I used to PMO at least 4+ times a day, I would do it anywhere and everywhere. I would do it in the closest bathrooms I could find, at work, the gym, Walmart, stores, I would even pullover and PMO in my car.

    I couldn’t get a full erection with my wife lately and I knew this time I had to commit 100 percent and sex lately has been better than ever.

    It has been an extreme challenge but stick with no PMO and your sex life WILL improve.

    Stay disciplined. Stay away from PMO and you will be cured. If you dont, it will get worse and worse.
