Do anyone elses parents trigger relapses?

    My parents knew about my P addiction since childhood and ignored it for over a decade. Recently I've noticed the causality between the demoralization I feel when I'm around them and my historic pattern of relapse.

    Anyone else?

    I can't say I am in the same boat, but I definitely have an addiction to porn that started from very young in my childhood. I'm in therapy working on it, and yes I put most of the blame on my parents, but that doesn't make it their problem. I'm working on it so I'm not enslaved to this addiction and so my wife and loved ones don't suffer because of it, and ultimately I would be COMPLETELY alone in life because no one would ever want to be around me and I couldn't blame them.
