making a good habit needs some patience..u may fail to do it regulary, but never quit even if u fail..start again and again after every failure..some activities are comparitively easy to workout, while some others are really tough..for example it's easy to brush ur tooth before sleep but very difficult to wake up early and go for jogging..but if u have an inner fire in u, nothing can stop u..every time u fail change ur strategy and start again..u may fail 1000 times, but don't quit..at some point, u will taste success for sure
