    Hi guys,
    Am asking question, is social anxiety, and shyness can disappear after certain period on NOFAP ?
    I always realize that there's nothing wrong with me, I'm confident with myself, and the shyness and anxiety started at the same age when i started PMO <==(is this the problem ?)

    I have suffered with anxiety for years i can barely remember what its like to not have to deal with it. My porn usage used to be very high and my sex drive was insane as well i could not break the cycle. Anyway i'm doing hard mode right now for 3 - 6 months. If this can get rid of or significantly decrease my anxiety that will be life changing. I'm going to try and be active on here so i will have updates.
