    While I was writing an erotic scene in my story, I got a little bit excited but my dick was not fully erected and I didn’t touched myself. I think I made a little little bit of precum. Should I consider this a relapse?

    No that's not a relapse, a relapse is when you PMO. You had thoughts that got you aroused, and you didnt give in to them so good job. But also be careful with writing erotic stuff because if you get really into it, it could lead to a relapse if you constantly have sexual thought going through your head.
