So I'm on HARD MODE and I try to abstain from all types of sexual stimuli and all types of sexual stimuli substitutes. I was on YouTube scrolling through comments and I saw a comment and the profile picture was of a naked man and a woman getting it on if you know what I mean and I stared at It for five seconds and then I scrolled down and I though I was probably looking at the profile picture incorrectly I clicked on the profile pic to see if that was actually what I saw and it was. PLEASE be 100% honest
Don't worry that's not a relapse. If these things happen then dont get carried away with that image or video. As soon as your scroll that things down, more peaceful you will be.

It's so hard on youtube not to hit clickbait thumbails etc. I agree that if you pull yourself up and don't spiral out of control, you are good to go. Good luck on hard mode man. I feel your pain, as do many others : ) PS - If you want people to reply back to you more, reply back to other people more, and try to be helpful / encouraging. It feels better and so you stop caring about getting responses yourself.
