It depends on what your specific problem is. If your main issue is that you can't O without M, because thats what you're used to (death grip) then yeah its not great. Its not a relapse though because you're recovering in a different way to porn addicts.

If you're problem is a P addiction then you can O whatever way you like with your gf as long as you're focussed on her and simple pleasure rather than thinking about P.
