Did anyone notice penis skin improvements?

    Just wondering if anyone noticed their penis skin improving on nofap. I am on 3 weeks of no PMO and am starting to see a very slight difference in some friction damage spots I have had for years. Would love to hear from others who have seen an improvement.

    Well, the skin becomes more sensitive and soft

    probably a return to childhood or baby-like skin

    not using it, allows the skin cells to repair themselves

    I see improvement all over my skin. My skin is smoother, including the skin on my penis. The penis itself also looks better, but it's not a big difference. I still have broken capillaries.

    ...well no one really preps up for MO because its almost all of the sudden you want to do it...and aat times theres no ready cream to help with the friction...just dry...uhuh....so now there should be some superficiall improvements...as well as emotional ones....
