Did anyone here actually cure his ED with nofap?

Obviously there are no guarantees but I've read hundredssssss of accounts saying they recovered after years of severe PIED. Believe in the process but don't obsess over it. Over the years, I've seen things started to return to normal but when I relapse as I think "oh it was all in my head", WELL it was in my head, but that was due to brain changes – not negative thinking styles. I'm not making that mistake again!
