It was 6.8 last two weeks but I didn't check again because I am now only in my 30 days of nofap. I have to reach to 90 days then I check again since all the symptoms have disappeared only frequent urination and baldness. Do u think I can regrow my hair too after long streak?

No, my doctror said i should make a "urine count" (i don't know how it's called in english), but i have to measure all the water i drink and all the pee i do in one day...

But the doctror didn't told me anything about the kidneys...
