Yah bro I lost 10kg. I have the skin of a baby peach and my smile radiates everyone in a mile. Not direcly because of quitting PMO, but because of all it made me do.
My posture is improving but I also am trying to improve my posture as I do NoFap, so I don't know if there actually is a relation... Maybe my acne as well, but again I changed products so that could be it. It is still too early to tell.
I'm more comfortable around people. More laid back and confident. I guess, in some strange way, that makes people PERCEIVE me as better looking. lol
I think there must have been a different look in my eyes before, different more confident attitude, almost more like "I-don't-care-much-what-others-think" sort of thing but not over-the-top with it (instead of "scared-to-say-the-wrong-thing-all-the-time" look. Sorry for all the dashes.) When I was a teen, I went a week once without at a camp and my acne had cleared up a lot…so I wondered but then when I got home, it was back to task lol. The best thing about going 20 days or 10 days or even just 1 day (because that can be an achievement) is feeling better about myself - which, in turn, will likely make you look better.
thicker facial hair that grows faster. I'm 15 and over the past 8 months or so have started shaving. i started out just doing it once a week but in the past month it has gone up to every other day, i know this could be a coincidence but testosterone that would have been expelled in masturbating is now going towards facial hair creation.
