Desperate for advice, can't seem to beat PIED, using Ed meds, 110 MO PMO, 60 NO MO

This is going be a long one. I really need help. I don't know what to do anymore. As I look back at the last two years after I broke up with my ex I engaged in very bad PMO. After while Vanilla porn didn't work, got into some fantasies and such. Speed up to January 2018. I got a new girlfriend, but realized I have PIED ( or ED). Tried to have sex and didn't work out. I went to the urologist, tested Testo (was fine) and got ED meds. Started having sex while on the meds. Was fine. Was stupid and still PMO from time to time. Fast forward to August/September. Suddenly the meds lose their strength. I was basically living a lie on the meds, never told my girlfriend that I am on them. And now I am in love. When the meds stopped working, I decided NoFap is my only chance. Right now I am 110 no PMO and 60 no MO. Still have sex 1-2 a week. Usually oral. When I try to have sex using ED meds I usually get a 75% erection but cum instantly. Is it fear of going limp because I know the meds don't work good? I used to have sex how long I wanted without pied, also when the meds worked well. Now when fapping and PIV I come in seconds. Not during oral and hj. Did a Doppler, everything is fine. I have no idea what to do. I don't fap, don't watch porn, but have sex/oral with GF on Ed meds. Will I ever be cured? Can't really do hardmode. Can't really explain to her how I lied. I am totally fucked and don't know what to do....can I still reboot while on Ed meds? I think I got a bit better. Longer flaccid penis, some morning wood, some minor random erections

 

So did you have a talk with your GF? Did you have PIED? So sex on Ed is not ideal, but not hindering?
